Career Development & Counselling
Hilton Consulting Group provides a counselling service to those seeking guidance on career development, career transition, outplacement or advice on job seeking We also identify appropriate career options relative to an individual's personal Behavioural Profile (DiSC). Roger Hilton provides this service on a one-on-one basis from our offices at Milsons Point.
The service comes at three progressively escalating levels of involvement according to your "needs":
Option One - This involves one session (approximately 2 hours) covering:
- A behavioural based interview
- A written Behavioural Profile (DiSC) outlining your current behavioural characteristics (recognised as a critical component in recruitment and job search)
- General parameters outlining your most appropriate future employment opportunities relative to your particular Personal Behaviour Profile and experience
- A balanced perspective of how prospective employees will view your career history and remuneration aspirations
- Advice on resume preparation
Option Two - Includes all aspects of Option One with two additional sessions:
- Videotaped and analysis of role plays to assist interview behavioural and body language expertise
- Where appropriate contact Hilton Consulting Group clients on behalf of candidates
- Composition of appropriate resume (by Hilton Consulting Group) supplied on a computer disc
- Advice on networking and self marketing
Option Three - Videotaped interview role playing sessions (1 - 1.5 hours)
FEE SCHEDUliNG:
All fees are payable within fourteen (14) days from date of invoice (completion of assignment)
