Reference Checking
Arguably the most critical step of the recruitment process - reference checking is tailored around the position requirements and competencies, as well as aspects of concern, or areas which need further clarification arising out of behavioral assessments. (We also recognise the preference for some clients to undertake their own reference checking).
Reference checking questions are specifically tailored for each postion and are centred around both the key hiring criteria and behavioural requirements for the job.
