Outplacement Counselling
Hilton Consulting Group provides an outplacement counselling service to those seeking guidance on career development, career transition and advice on job seeking and potential networking contacts. We also identify appropriate career options relative to an individual's personal Behavioural Profile (Disc).
This service, provided on a one-on-one basis from our offices at Milsons Point (or, if you prefer on your premises), comes at three progressively escalating levels of involvement according to the "needs" of both the client and candidate:
Option One:
- Two sessions (approximately 2 hours) covering:
- A behavioural based interview
- A "hard copy" Behavioural Profile (DiSC) outlining the candidates current behavioural characteristics for discussion and feedback
- Assistance in content and format of a personal resume
- Assistance in format and composition of a letter of application
Option Two:
Includes all aspects of Level one with two additional sessions:
- Videotaped and analysis of interview role plays to assist in behavioural and body language expertise
- A balanced perspective of how prospective employers will view the candidates career history and remuneration aspirations
- Advice on appropriate career direction relative to job history and current marketplace
- Where appropriate contact recruitment associates clients' on behalf of candidate
- Advice on networking and self marketing
- Composition of appropriate resume (by Hilton Consulting Group) supplied on a computer diskette
Option Three:
Additional videotaped interview role playing sessions and analysis
All services are payable within fourteen (14) days from date of invoice (completion of assignment)
