Our fee structures are in line with what is a very competitive market, and are expressed as a percentage of total annual remuneration.

For positions that carry a salary package (base, car, commission, bonus, share options, superannuation, leave loading, etc) of up to $50,000, our fee is 15%. (Vehicle or Car Allowance calculated at $15,000). For positions in excess of a $50,000 package, our fee is 17%. (Vehicle or Car Allowance calculated at $17,000).

Fees are billed progressively in the following manner:

• One third upon commencement of the assignment

• One third upon presentation of the short list of candidates.

• Balance upon successful appointment (offer and acceptance).

In the event of an assignment being withdrawn after short list presentation, a further one third will be charged to help offset the costs incurred by Hilton Consulting Group.

Recognising the value of long-term client relationships, we offer very competitive "Corporate Rates" for repeat business and/or multiple assignments, and would be pleased to discuss a range of options.

Alternative Fee Structure:

We also offer an "Alternative Fee Structure" for companies preferring to utilise one, or a combination of various stages of the recruitment process (i.e. placing advertisements for you under the confidentiality of our logo, assessing and profiling your short listed applicants, reference checking etc) - as an alternative to committing to an entire assignment. Please contact us to discuss our rates.

Advertising:

Advertising (agreed with you prior to placement), is billed to you at cost, and will vary depending upon the size, position and media selection of the advertisement.

Note:

Any applicants hired within an eighteen months period of being introduced by the Hilton Consulting Group, will attract our standard terms and conditions.
