Hilton Consulting Group provides a salary assessment service to those seeking clarification or guidance on remuneration levels for use in salary reviews, recruitment assignments and staff assessments. We also identify appropriate career and task preferences, relative to an individual's personal Behavioural Profile, (DiSC). Roger Hilton provides this service on a one-on-one basis from our offices at Milsons Point.

In recommending an appropriate salary/remuneration range, we employ the following strategy:

· Conduct a behavioural based interview with the applicant

· Conduct an in-depth interview with the applicant's Manager

· Assess applicant's salary against current market demand and trends

· Salary benchmarking using commercial surveys

· Salary comparison with recently advertised and/or placed similar positions

· Provide a written Behavioural Profile (DiSC) outlining the applicants behavioural
  preferences and characteristics (recognised as a critical component in staff reviews and
  recruitment)


Fee Scheduling:

All fees are payable within fourteen (14) days from date of invoice (completion of assignment)
