With over 20 years experience as a successful Executive Recruitment Consultant, Roger has consulted with a number of large and small organisations throughout broad areas of industry and commerce.
Prior to establishing the Hilton Consulting Group, he held Senior Management roles with well-known Human Resource Consulting firms, where he successfully recruited for a variety of position at all levels, achieving a reputation of high standards and professionalism.
Among his achievements, he successfully sourced, assessed and placed the National Sales and Service personnel for Optus Communications during their set-up phase.
As the Principal of Hilton Consulting Group, Roger is the first point of contact for all clients and is personally involved in every assignment, assuring total commitment, absolute confidentiality and an extremely high success rate.
Roger recently became a published co-author of "From Both Sides of the Desk" - a unique, detailed guide that examines the recruitment process for both Job Seeker and Employer ... simultaneously.
Before entering the recruitment industry, Roger worked in management and supervisory positions throughout sectors of publishing, retail and wholesale, both locally and overseas.
