AFTER PLACEMENT SERVICES

We recognise that whilst every effort is made in the assessment process, unpredicted difficulties may arise once on-the-job which, if identified early on in the appointees career, can be addressed by both parties to ensure a successful partnership.

  • All placements attract a (6) six-month guarantee period. Hilton Consulting Group undertakes to contact the client during this period to monitor the progress of the candidate;

  • Hilton Consulting Group guarantees that if any candidate appointed on our recommendation is terminated for performance related reasons within six months of commencement, we will provide a replacement candidate at no extra charge.

  • Any necessary advertising or out-of-pocket costs incurred in appointing a replacement will be born by the client.

 

Our guarantee is conditional upon fees being paid within our terms of 14 days
